Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping on orders that meet the minimum requirements. Refer to our Shipping Page for more information and costs.
- US states: Orders over $40.00 include free shipping. A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to all orders under $40.00.
- Canada: Orders over $150.00 USD include free shipping. A flat rate of $14.95 USD applies to orders under $150.00.
Shipping rates apply to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.
Please note that the minimum order requirement is on the subtotal of the order and after any promo codes have been applied.
Where are your mushrooms manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured and packaged in the USA using GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in 806 E Main St, Urbana Illinois 61802, United States
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs?
Yes, because we hand the package over to USPS or UPS, we are able to deliver to these locations.
How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. During sales and promotions, orders may take longer to process. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following week. Orders placed before 12 PM EST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Our warehouse will be closed on all holidays.
If you did not receive an email, please check your junk/promotions folder and ensure you are using the same email address that was associated with your order.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping in the USA and Canada only. If you are located outside of the USA and Canada and would like to order, we recommend setting up a mail forwarding account with a company like Shipito or similar.
Where can I add a discount code to my order?
You can add your discount code to the "Gift card or discount code" during checkout. This is usually located on the billing screen or right before you complete the order.
