What is a subscription?

A subscription will ensure that you always have your favorite mushrooms arriving at your door at a set frequency. 

Subscriptions are easy to manage, and you are never locked in. Another advantage is subscriptions are discounted.

You are always notified a few days before your order will go through so you can skip, cancel or swap out products anytime!

How do I subscribe to a product?

On the product page, simply choose the “Subscribe and Save” option. 

At any time, you can log into your account to change frequency, skip shipments, edit the products or make any other required changes. 

Once you complete the checkout, you will receive an email to complete your account where you will be able to access all your subscription details.

Notes: If you create a new order on our website, this will create a new subscription. It will not override or update any previously made subscriptions. To edit your subscriptions, log into your account here

How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I combine LunaTokens with other rewards?

Rewards cannot be combined. One discount/promotion may be applied per order.

For example, you cannot combine LunaTokens with an active promo code.
