Do you accept returns?

Everyone will respond differently and at different rates to natural supplements. Two to three weeks of consistent use is typically recommended, however, some people may feel the benefits a little later, even up to months later. It may also help to play around with the dosing, anywhere from 1-3 grams per day is typical but will vary from person to person what works best.

Because everyone has a different experience we do not accept returns. If you do have a concern with a product please contact us for further assistance. 

Purchases made on other websites and through retailers (not lunasmushrooms.com directly) are subject to the refund and return policy of the specific company where the purchase was made. Please reach out to the company where you have purchased from to rectify any issues with your order.

The item I received is damaged or defective, what should I do?

If you have received a FreshCap product that is damaged or defective, pleasesubmit a requestand a member of our customer service team will reach out to you shortly.

What is the shelf life of your products?

It is recommended that the Lunas Mushrooms products be used within a year of opening, and they do have a shelf-life of 2 years. 

If your product is about to expire you can use that product after the labeled date, only if you are comfortable doing so. If you have any concerns about the expiration date please contact us

Are your products heat stable?

Our products are heat stable. We do have a "Avoid excessive heat, light and moisture on the bottle", this is put on there so it is not stored in this condition for an extended period of time as it can reduce the shelf life of the product.

As long as your order was only exposed for a short period of time, these are still safe to use and will be just as effective. This warning is more for products that have been in these conditions for a prolonged period of time.
